This is a practical operating draft, not legal advice. Add the studio’s final legal entity, address, jurisdiction and contact details before accepting paid projects.
Services and eligibility
ZCODING provides custom Discord bots, Python automation, websites, digital experiences and related integrations. You must be able to enter a binding agreement and have permission to provide all materials, accounts and instructions used for your project.
Project requests are not orders
Submitting a form starts a conversation only. It does not create a purchase obligation, reserve development time, authorize work or charge you. We may accept, decline or ask to revise a request.
Scope, quote and acceptance
Before development, we will provide or confirm in writing the deliverables, exclusions, agreed price, payment schedule, target timing and any included revisions. A project begins only after you accept the quote and the required payment is recorded as paid, unless the studio owner expressly approves a written exception.
Starting prices are examples for small, straightforward work. Custom features, urgency, third-party costs and changes may affect the final quote.
Payments
Payments must use the approved secure payment method or another method confirmed by the studio. Never send card numbers, expiry dates or security codes through this site, Discord or Telegram. Taxes, fees and currency conversion charges are handled as stated in the quote or by the relevant provider.
Changes and revisions
Included revisions apply only to the agreed scope. New features, changed direction or repeated work caused by incomplete or inaccurate instructions may require a revised price and timeline. We will ask for approval before performing additional paid work.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide timely, accurate instructions, feedback and access.
- Back up important systems and test deliverables promptly.
- Use the work lawfully and follow platform rules.
- Confirm that supplied text, media, data and code can be used.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, APIs, app stores, payment processors, Discord, Telegram and other platforms are operated by third parties. Their terms, availability, fees and decisions are outside our control. Ongoing third-party charges are your responsibility unless the quote says otherwise.
Intellectual property
After required payment, the customer receives the deliverables and rights described in the accepted quote or agreement. The project agreement should identify what is newly created, what is pre-existing, what is licensed from third parties and when any ownership or usage rights transfer. Open-source and third-party materials remain subject to their own licences.
Unless otherwise agreed, ZCODING may retain its reusable generic components, development tools, frameworks, techniques and non-customer-specific code. Customer-specific ownership or licence terms should be defined in the quote. The studio owner must review and finalize this language for each paid project before work starts.
Delivery, testing and support
You are responsible for reviewing the delivered work and reporting issues within the review period stated in the quote. Support, maintenance, source files, hosting and future compatibility are included only when the written project agreement says so.
Acceptable use and refusal
We will not knowingly build or support unlawful, deceptive, abusive, privacy-invasive or rights-infringing projects. We may pause or end work where instructions create safety, legal, platform or payment risks. Any effect on fees or refunds will be assessed under the project agreement and applicable law.
Disputes and legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. The final project agreement should identify the contracting party, governing law, dispute process and any project-specific warranty or liability terms.
