This is a practical operating draft, not legal advice. Add the studio’s final legal entity, address, jurisdiction and contact details before accepting paid projects.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you sign in, create an account, submit a project, request a quote, contact us or manage your account. This can include your name, email address, Discord or Telegram username, project brief, requested service, budget range, timeline, uploaded files, quotes, payment status, support-ticket messages and attachments, ticket status and project history.
If you use Google Sign-In through Supabase Auth, ZCODING may receive the email address, display name, profile picture or avatar supplied by Google, and the Google or Supabase account identifier associated with your account. We do not receive or store your Google password or a readable password. Please do not submit passwords, private keys, payment-card details or information you do not have permission to share.
Technical, analytics and location data
Like most websites, our hosting and security systems may process device, browser, IP address, referral, page-view, visitor or session activity and diagnostic information. If analytics are enabled, they may also record service interest and project-form interactions so we can understand site performance, prevent abuse and improve the service.
Any location is approximate and derived from network or IP information only. Visitors in the United Arab Emirates may be grouped by city or emirate; visitors elsewhere are grouped at country level. We do not request GPS permission, infer a street address or track precise physical location.
Google Sign-In data
Google Sign-In data is used to authenticate you, create and maintain your ZCODING account, identify your customer profile and provide the services you request. This includes supporting projects, quotes, tickets and customer support.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, personalized ads or ad targeting. We only share it with service providers needed to operate the authenticated service, as described below, or when required by law.
How we use information
- Authenticate you and create or maintain your customer account.
- Maintain your customer profile and contact details.
- Review projects, prepare quotes and deliver agreed work.
- Operate project timelines, files, tickets and customer support.
- Confirm payments, refunds and important service updates.
- Secure the website, investigate misuse and keep reliable records.
- Send optional studio news only when you have opted in.
How information is stored and protected
Account and service information is stored through the hosted systems used to operate ZCODING, including Supabase services and the production hosting environment. Authentication, server-side authorization, access controls and account or project ownership checks help limit access to the people and services that need it.
Connections use HTTPS where supported by the service. No online service can promise absolute security, so please do not submit passwords, private keys, payment-card details or information you do not have permission to share.
Service providers and sharing
We share information only as needed with infrastructure and service providers that help us operate the site, such as AWS Amplify/CloudFront for hosting and Supabase for authentication, database and storage. Other providers, such as email or payment services, receive only the information needed when their service is used for your request.
Providers may process information in other countries under their own contractual and legal obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer. ZCODING does not sell Google user data or project information.
Marketing choices
Marketing email is optional and separate from project communications. We only send it when you opt in. You can change your preference in Account or use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. Operational messages about an active case may still be sent when needed to provide the service.
Retention
We keep account, project, quote, ticket and support information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, manage the project, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Different records may have different retention periods. When information is no longer required, it is deleted or de-identified where reasonably practical. Backups or records held by a provider may remain for a limited period under that provider’s retention and deletion processes.
Your choices and requests
Depending on the law that applies, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of certain personal information, or object to particular uses. To request account or data deletion, email frazenotfound@gmail.com or use the contact page. Include the email connected to your account and a short description of the request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.
You may also contact the relevant data-protection or consumer authority.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above shows the latest revision. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to frazenotfound@gmail.com or through the contact page.
